Office Manager

We are hiring a full-time Office Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and workflow coordination.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients—answer phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries.

  • Maintain client files and firm records (both digital and physical).

  • Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and deadlines.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and benefits coordination.

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in office management, preferably in a professional services environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with accounting/tax software (QuickBooks, CCH, or similar a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

  • Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion.
