Office Manager
We are hiring a full-time Office Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and workflow coordination.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients—answer phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries.
Maintain client files and firm records (both digital and physical).
Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and benefits coordination.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in office management, preferably in a professional services environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with accounting/tax software (QuickBooks, CCH, or similar a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion.
